Nic & Liz - what do you think?

First of all I do not want Liz back with Lucky. There are somethings that ARE NOT suppose to be recycled! ugh!

Like everyone else if I can not have my Liason then I would like to see her with Nik. That would be hot.

I want to see Liz confront Becca and let her know that there is a new princess for the castle for her to keep it moving back to the Q's.

i just got approved for the GHH forum!  YAY!  I am still on the fence with the Liz/Nik pairing.  I am a Liason fan through and through and are heartbroken that the writers didn't give them the chance they deserve!  But it does seem that they are going full steam ahead with JaSam so I would rather see Liz with Nik than back with Lucky anyday!  I am just afraid that if I invest too much into Liz/Nik, like Liason, they will be pulled out from under me!  i still don't know what the deal is with Rebecca/Nik, he seems to want to trash her, but it is all soapy if you ask me, he will set up to destroy Rebecca but he will actually start falling in love with her and than Liz, once again is booted to the curb, probably to crawl back to Luckless! I see definite potential with Liz/Nik and would hope that they will give us a real love story for them and not dangle, yet again, that darn carrot in our faces like they did Liason!  As for JaSam, I simply just will continue to fast forward through all their scenes.  i have 0000000000000000000 interest in them, been there done that! I still don't know.... it's not believable somehow. The timing seems off.  Nic is with Rebecca, even if for the wrong/revenge reason, and Liz is with Lucky- technically. It just seems too muddled, or perhaps it's just that TPTB have too many storylines going at once and I'm getting too old to focus on them all I feel it would be ok if they had Lucky find someone else ( that lady, Louise, that Max saved at the carnival seemed nice )... and let Lucky be the one to break things off nicely. Then Liz can get her prince. Bet she'd make Nic move off the Island and into a nice house in the burbs for the boys. Come to think of it, she could be good for him, after all.

I'm kind of liking the two brothers after the same woman storyline...which one will she choose? Will it be Lucky because he's safe and the only father her kids have known or the dark prince who may or may not be interested in her for the right reasons? Then if Liz does choose Nik and Rebecca is really Emily, what will happen? Will she end up with no one?  Liz and Emily were best friends too.  Lots of things can happen with this storyline.

This definately has all the ingrediants for a great soapy story.  Liz and Nik certainly have chemistry.  I did wonder about the timing, especially with Nik right in the middle of a revenge plot with Rebecca, but I guess that adds to the soapiness.  This certainly can stir up alot of fan reaction, which is probably the effect TPTB are going for.  More talk =more viewers=better ratings. It certainly has peaked my interest regardless of which couple I root for.

I would like to see Lucky and Rebecca get together.  They had chemistry during their little time together.   I can see them plotting revenge againt Nic and Liz then falling for each other in the process. 

Hard to believe a potential LOVE story that doesn't revolve around the mob. It's old school, two brothers fighting over the same woman.  Hopefully romance without bullets . 

I don't really want to see Liz and Nic together, but I see what everyone is saying about all the possibilities in the way this story can go.   So, if they are going to tell us a great story, then so be it.

Hoever, I am not really a fan of Nic's dark side.  I see an attitude of entitlement when he battles with Jax.  We saw it with their fight over Courtney and just more recently when he and Jax fought over Jax buying part of Nic's island.  I am not saying Jax was right in instigating that fight, I am just pointing out that Nic did take on an air of entitlement.   I love Nic as a good big-hearted prince (wealthy and gorgeous!)  So I guess I am not really a fan of his "revenge" side.

The other thing that occurs to me is that there has been a great deal of couples changing partners in the last six or nine months.  Rebecca with Lucky, Rebecca with Ethan, Rebecca with Nic.  Sam with Lucky, and then Lucky going back to Liz, and Sam going back with Jason.  And now Liz is having problems making up her mind! 

I know this is a soap opera and it's meant to be soapy, but it seems like these changes in partners are happning quickly with no real satisfying end to each relationship.

I am a big fan of Liz, but she needs to make a choice by learning what is in her hert and following it.  Having passionate feelings she can't decipher about her brother-in-law doesn't fit the image I have of Liz.  If the writers had put Liz and Lucky back together with joy and passion, it might not boring and maybe I would buy it.  Otherwise, please let them find appropriate other relationships and move on for good!  I have just always seen Liz as a level-headed person.  Doesn't mean she can't be snarky or fun or playful, but she should be able to make up her mind!  And Lucky really deserves more than he's gotten!  I wish the writers would treat the characters of Lucky and Liz with respect - they are more than back-burner actors in this show!

I really can't get on board with this couple.  It bothers me on so many levels.  I think my problem is that I am a huge Nem fan.  I also think the writers were running out of people to pair Liz with.  I liked Liz and Lucky years ago, but now they are boring. I didn't like Liz with Jason either. Nik and Liz gross me out for some reason and I had to fast forward them today.  The one person I have seen the potential with was Patrick.  I know that will never happen, so I wish they would bring in someone new for her. What ever happened to that hot detective that never had a storyline (except for questioning Jason)?  I was always hoping they would give him something and thought that Liz and he might be good together. I really hope they don't go much beyond this secret hooking up. They are ruining a great friendship. Poor Lucky! 

Wow!  I just got home and had a chance to watch the youtube vid of nik and liz today!!!  Total Soap!  Tomorrow promises to be total hotness.  I know what I'll be doing when I get home tomorrow.  Straight to the youtube baby!  I haven't been this interested in GH for a long time. The only things that I do not like are the possibilities of Lucky being the stooge in the story line AGAIN and Liz not being able to stand up and admit her feeling to everyone.

I am all for it.The only thing I had against it at first was where it would leave Lucky.I havce decided it will spice Gh up for a while.Nic is hot,and Liz and him have sizzle.I have always liked anything to do with the Cassadines,I love the castle,I read lots of Victoria Holt as a teenager.Plus,we will get to see Lucky a lot more,as he finds out.Just hope he doesn't turn to pills or booze.It is fun to see if Jason is jealous,and if Sam is jealous if Jason is jealous.Drama!If i remember correctly,Liz used to stand up to Helena!I think Helena liked her.It would be ironic if Liz was the bride Helena approved of,of course Nic would be through with Liz at this point.Maybe Lucky and Jason and Sam would have to rescue Liz1

I'm sorry that Lucky gonna be hurt either but it can't be helped.  No matter which they play it, Lucky is not gonna be a happy camper. I liked today's scene with Liz and Nik.  My one request of the writers would be, please make Nik a little darker.  If he's gonna covet and ultimately take his brother's wife, the polite prince routine needs to go.  I'd like to see him take what he wants and Lucky be damned.  That may sound harsh, but if they are gonna do that to Lucky anyway......let's see some real passion.

They were hot today!! I can't wait until tomorrow. I am really intrigued to see how this all plays out too.

I don't think it would be too hard for Nik to take what he wants seeing how Liz is offering herself up. 
I'm disgusted with both of them.  Liz and Nik are two of my faves BUT I do not want them paired romantically.  Just let it end as quickly as it started.  A ONS and be done with it.
