Nic & Liz - what do you think?
There has been alot of talk about these two on the boards ever since the scene at Jakes, and I've heard alot of opinions of this possible pairing. With the scenes yesterday, I thought I'd start a discussion about whether the fans would accept this pairing.
For me, I'm on the fence. I thought they were hot at Jakes, which opened my eyes to the possibility. The fact that Nic is her brother in law is a bit weird...especially where the kids are concerned if it ever became a true relationship. Would Nic then be "Uncle Daddy"? And (as a liason fan) its a tad bit hypocritical when the Cassadine clan is just about as dangerous as the mob. But, if Liz is not with Jason, this possible pairing actually peaks my interest...
So...what do YOU think? 
If im not getting my Liason id be intrested to see what happens Nic and Liz do have chemistry and there would be lots of drama wiyh the whole brother in law thing
Ive always liked Nik and Liz as Friends....but you are right the Jake scene worked for me, so I woudl love to see these 2 paired up. It would deffinitly be a good storyline for the brothers to have to deal with as well as Liz.
Anything that Gives Liz a aStoryline Im a go for.
and it deffitily helps that this pair would put an end to 2 of my least favorite couple of Nik/embeca and Liz/Lucky.....
and As a Liason Fan, if I cant have Liz with Jason, I would deffinitly love to try her out with Nik.
And the Mob/Cassasdines are 2 differnt fish.....
at least you know who your ememy is with Helena, its her. And she usually lets you know what she wants before the bad stuff happens.

I am also a huge Liason fan but I must say yesterday's scenes have me interested in a Liz/Nic pairing. A long time friendship is a great basis for a love story IMO. Let's just hope TIIC don't wreck it before it gets good.

I'm with the consensus - I'd rather Liason, but if not, then Nic and Liz are good fun; but I can't envision a grand romance...
Obviously, there is no one for me but Liason. I do like Tyler Christopher as an actor. I especially like his scenes with Luke and Lullu. Love Rebecca Herbst and have always liked their scenes as well, but I like them better as friends definitely.
Liz and Nik getting together brought an image to my mind of the 4 Muskateers as a swingers club. I can hear it now - "Welcome, grab a brownie and pick your partner for the week!"
Let's see. Lucky has likes Emily a few times. Nik and Lucky are brothers. Em and Liz are best friends and Nik liked Elizabeth before. Oh and Nik has been with Em's look alike. That sort of counts! 
I'm okay with a triangle with Jason as long as it ends the way it should.....
Okay, enough smileys. Sorry, I get carried away...
Liz and Nik? I can go for that. Liz is great with Jason, Ric, Lucky and I bet she'll be fun with Nik!

I'd love to see Nik & Liz, as long as the boredom that plagued Nik & Em doesn't set in!
I've all but given up on Liason, and Nik has that dark brooding thing happening that is appealing (amongst other things!!!) I'd love if Liz could bring the "badboy" out of him! Make him a little less "proper" - if you get my meaning!
I love Liz and I love Nik so I suppose they might be OK for a while, at least to spice things up for the LnL2 storyline. I hate to see so many great actors/actresses backburned when they have such potential. Rebecca Hearbst deserves a great storyline as does Tyler so I'm all for anything that gets them on screen and in a great story.
A love triangle of any kind is great for daytime drama and I can see a little spark with these two!
I wrote about this on the spoilers page, but I wish they'd give us some more build up, not just drunken kissing and comments. How about bonding over their children, or fighting about Rebecca and spontaneously making out - something! Make me believe...
I am forever a Liason fan, but I can see a secret romance with Liz and Nic. I am not distraught over Jasam reunion possibilities but I don't want to see them puting Liz and Lucky back together because they have done it enough. They have a nice mature relationship and I would like to see that grow as it is. If they reunite in a another year or so, we'll see, but they both need to grow outside of each other. JMO, I like NIZ.
I think why not Liz & Nick, they have always been there for each other. Her back & forth with Lucky gets old & I really don't like her with Jason.
I want to see Elizabeth on my screen, front and center! I want to see them give Nic a story that is worth fleshing out. Neither have that going now and this may give them that opportunity. His current storyline to me is bottom of the barrel pathetic. Let them do something meaty and hot, put them out there and start cooking up some real stories for them.
I think there scenes at Jake's were hot!!! I'm all for them as a couple. It could be very soapy. The looks she was giving him were great! Give these two great actors a really hot story
I have to agree, Yesterday was a good day for Nik and Liz. I kind of could get behind them if it were written well. Like I said before I love both characters and they do have angst for all the reasons they both stated yesterday.
