Please help us stay within our storage limits.
Everyone enjoys the banners and pictures our members provide to our forum.
Youtubes and pictures hosted
elsewhere (on other sites) and copied into your posts do not use up any
of our storage. However, pics uploaded directly from your computer to
our forum do use up our storage, and we only have a finite
amount with no cost. In order to help conserve our storage space and
avoid having to delete uploaded material, I am requesting that whenever
possible that you first upload your pics, banners, etc, to a photo
host, and then copy and paste either the pic's URL or the pic itself
into your post. I recommend using flickr.com to store your pics which is easy to use and provides a great deal of free storage for your creations.
Thanx in advance for your co-operation.

The easiest way is to simply copy and paste the pic into your post. The alternative method is to right click on the pic, left click on "properties" and copy and paste the "Location" URL into your post.

thanks shirley =)
do you know of any other free sights for pic storage...as this one only allows so many pics to be used? thnx
I use Photobucket, very easy to use.
Oh good to know thanks everyone!
Snapfish also let's you have free space for picture's
Another one I just thought of is Imageshack

Just another plea to please upload pics to online storage sites first, and then copy and paste them from there or other sites into your posts, as opposed to uploading pics directly from your computer. We are going over our free bandwidth by a wide margin, and that is why you are seeing that additional ugly Ad Banner above the header of our forum towards the second half of the month.
Thanks!
