His name is Bruce Weitz. Years ago he played Detective Belker on Hill Street Blues. He was an oddball cop who called people dirtbag & would bite perps!
Do you think AZ will get out somehow? A little while ago Jason visited, now Johhny. Could he be returning to terrorize PC again? I miss his crazy days. He was such a hoot!
