Important Reminders
I have a few reminders for y'all.
This is a FORUM, not a photo album, LOL! Do not add banners and pics merely to increase the number of posts in a thread. As lovely as your creations are, please remember that images are to be used to enhance discussion, not to substitute for them.
If you no longer are watching GH, by choice, you may not participate in ANY GH discussion on this site. You may continue to post in non-GH related threads.
If you advocate for others to cease watching GH, you will be banned, PERIOD.
(Consider it a housewarming gift that I have not done so yet, but also a final warning.)
Do not use email to get around our rules (that, by the way is also a long standing rule).
Finally, I have noticed that those few who are violating our long standing rules are long standing members who know better. Come on folks, I am disappointed to see some taking advantage knowing full well that both Joynel and I are pre-occupied with the details surrounding our site's move. Please show us some consideration. Thanks a bunch.

You know in moving threads from the old site over to here, I have seen that what Shirley and Joynel require, about not just constantly posting banners and pictures all of the time, isn't without reason. Those links fail, and there are already over at the old site just pages of nothing, but now empty posts because the pictures have been deleted. The ones with discussion are so much nicer to archive because there is still something there, something that is still interesting to go back and read.
And I thought that I shoudl share that, it's relevant to what she is saying.
So thanks for everything that you are doing, and thanks for putting up with us.

ITA 100% I love to see what was being talked about back in the day. But when all I see are banners...I'm kind of let down.
