Shirley, could SJB's leaving open the door for a Kate and Sonny reunion.  Maybe a triangle between Kate, Sonny and Olivia.   

That is really unfortunate. They could have made the relationship with Sonny and Claudia very interesting. I will be sad to see her go.

I'm sorry to see SJB go, too. 

But... does it leave the door open to Olivia/Carly/Sonny being that Jax and Carly seem like they may have a falling out eventually over all the Jax secrets...  Also Jax and Olivia seem VERY close lately and that may not look so good when the Dante secret comes out...  Also Carly and Sonny seem to have shared a slow growing back to depend on one another for parental reasons that seemed to fall apart there for a while.  And how will Johnny react when he knows Olivia knew Dante was putting his life in danger the whole time as well? 

It's all just so soapy... I loooooooove it!!!!

So who may be involved in the Sonny triangle that we MIGHT get???  Good stuff!

I would rather see Sonny with Olivia then back with Carly.. With SJB leaving and Jax  keeping what he knows about Michael's shooting from Carly I see the possibility of Carly going back to Sonny.  I hope not. I love the person Carly has become since she has been with Jax.   Sonny sucks the life out of every woman he gets involved with. UGH..

I am very sad to see SJB leave. She is a phenominal actress and even with the crap way they have written Claudia she knocked that character out of the park!! She can act her a$$ off! I have loved her in every role she has done. Even when I didn't like the character. And I really hoped they could make a go of the Sonny/Claudia marriage. She fits his life to a T! Wonder if Jason is finally gonna get to kill her? We all know he has wanted to many, many times!

I like Carly with just about anyone. 

I really like TB and now I really like this Carly.  I Love how she is with Jax but I wonder if she could remain stable with Sonny or not. I always liked Carly and Sonny with TB but not so much when she began to fall apart... don't know how it would be now.

 I Like Olivia too.  And I'm not sure how I would like her if she were with Sonny.  I guess I'd like to see how it played out if there were a triangle.  I'm still up in the air with jolivia.

Just thought I'd mention Greg Vaughn said on Twitter that (paraphrasing here) Lucky's time will come Karma and all.

And Bford Anderson said to watch for Spin in a ski mask... humor. In a month or so...

Are there plans to bring SJB back in another role?  You said not as Claudia ... am I reading too much into this?

I'm happy that Sarah has a new movie role, but I will miss her on GH.  I HATED the Claudia character...but I could see glimpses, lately, of what they COULD have done with the her in the role.  Personally - I hope they don't bring another actress on in the role....and just kill off the character "in dramatic fashion" since she's leaving.....

I will miss SJB, she is a great actress and worked wonders with a character that was poorly written and one dimensional most of the time.  It is a credit to her skill that she made me see so much more in Claudia than what was on the page.  I hope that she leaves dramatically, presumed dead, but that we the audience knows that she is still alive so she can come back at a later date.  There is more to Claudia's story and I wouldn't want to close the door.

I hope that Sonny does not connect with Olivia, that would be a mistake for both characters especially since he will not forgive her for the betrayal, nor will he be able to forgive Dante, so it seems like a pointless love affair.  

I would like to see him maybe be alone for awhile and figure out why he ruins every relationship he has ever been in.

As for Lucky and Liz, I support the counseling idea, many religions do premarriage programs to see why couples are getting married and if they are compatible.  When I was preparing to get married I took one of those courses and found it to be most helpful, and I looked at other couples in the groups sessions and thought that many of them had no idea what marriage was all about.  Loving someone or being in love with someone is not always the best reason to get married nor is it a solid enough foundation to build on.  I could get behind Liz and Lucky getting married if I thought that they were in sync as to why the marriage was a good idea.  I am thinking that Liz is hoping that Lucky sees that they are not ready to be remarried once they do the counseling because she is afraid to tell him the truth about how she really feels.  Of course, counseling only gives you as much as you put into it.

I am also hoping the Maxie and Spin realize that getting married isn't for them and that they remain in what has become for them a positive yet untraditional relationship.  Marriage isn't for everyone.

Hi Shirley!!! Just realized I was a member...I come here everyday, i applied to be a member when the site was moved and i just realized i am! lol So this is my first time asking a question!!! :) Since the wedding of maxie and spin is going to no go through, are they going to pair maxie with anyone else? She is such a great actress I want to see her actually get a soapy storyline instead of this silly one. I think they are cute, but Im ready for a change..

BUMMED!  I think the ONLY way I would be ok with Claudia leaving is if she sacrifices herself for one of the kids, or maybe Johnny..or even Jason.  But PLEASE don't make her lose it and kidnap Carly's baby or anything like that!  Crossing my fingers.

I will be so annoyed if Carly and Sonny get back together.  Used to love them together, but I like her with Jax so much more.  Leave them be and give them drama some other way.

Just left SJB a message on Facebook telling her she's an amazing actress and wishing her luck. I think anyone who could take the limited opportunities afforded her by TPTB and turn the character of Claudia into someone with as much depth as she did deserves to be on the big screen. I've always seen Claudia as a bruised little girl, only ever loved by Johnny, who lashes out at the people who hurt her in the only way she knows how - she was raised as a mafia princess, so she reacts like one. I think she's been brilliant in the role. More so because she had to act with so many of the same people, Maurice/Sonny especially, in a role so different than when she was Carly. I figure she may kill off Anthony and then Uncle Rudy may sweep her away to hiding in Italy to save her from prison. ( and of course, she and Sonny will do the deed before she leaves, to allow for the possiblity of yet another Sonny baby later ).... If they are bringing back the big bad Cassidine threat, they won't need the Z's to be around any longer. If they do kill off Anthony, I'll miss Bruce Weitz - always amazing in any role and a fabulous evil crazy mob boss!

I hate that SJB is leaving.  I have loved her since the first time she appeared on GH. 
If TIIC put Olivia with  Sonny, I'll be ff a lot more than I do now.  Can't stand the character or the actress.  Kate would be better with Sonny.  Bring Kate back front and center and ship Olivia back to BH where she belongs.

Jan, Wow that's a bit harsh.  I'm just curious, you can't stand the actress?   Her acting skills or do you have personal knowledge of Lisa as a person?

can you share with us if Elizabeth is going to come to her senses and tell Lucky she cannot marry him again !! Their reunion is almost as boring as the Jasam reunion.

Hummm...Jasam reunion boring??? We must be watching different channels, LOL

I'm hoping that if Claudia dies that she will put herself in the line of fire protecting someone.   I like the idea from another poster that she kills Anthony and Uncle Rudy whisks her away to protect her too.

Good soapy stuff coming but please, keep Carly away from Sonny!!!  I actually like the person CArly has become since she has been with Jax.  She has grown and been able to become a much better person and mother.
