OT: Military Time/European Dates?

Am I seeing things?!  LOL!  The "last reply" section of the message board suddenly shows the time in military time, and it wasn't that way this morning.  And the dates suddenly appear in day/month/year format.............did you guys change the format of the board, or could it be an MSN glitch?  Just curious!
